Its main goal was to merge a number of e-commerces to optimize their day-to-day operations, creating a unified context where both B2C and B2B clients coexist. ROTOR uses one Magento instance to manage multiple sites with different domains, languages and currencies, simplifying administration while personalizing each market.
Automated connectors were implemented to efficiently manage prices, inventory, orders and invoices, and an email marketing tool was integrated to optimize operations and communication with clients.
ROTOR simultaneously handles B2C and B2B operations on Magento, facilitating and centralizing the experience and tool usage knowledge for both market segments.
ROTOR has been integrated with Google Analytics 4 to enable the advanced analysis of customer behavior and e-commerce performance, taking advantage of key data to optimize strategies and operations.
