B2C eCommerce for Dosfarma
Dosfarma is an online shop of pharmacy and parapharmacy products, one of the leading national eCommerce in the online health care and wellness sector. With a catalog of more than 40.000 product references, Dosfarma has a health community that promotes wellness for the whole family at a competitive price and a convenient, fast and quality service. Replatforming, improvement of the UI and systems integration, all before Black Friday.
Project Requirements and Services Provided
With Dosfarma we began with a Prestashop platform featuring a UI that required modernization to align with new design trends and optimized performance.
It was necessary to create a new eCommerce ecosystem to facilitate the management of the eCommerce, simplifying workflows and reducing maintenance and management costs.
The first step was to migrate from Prestashop to Magento 2 and improve the user interface.
To do so, we used Hyvä frontend with customized features for Dosfarma. We also implemented new payment, shipping and promotions methods.
We then reviewed the integrations that needed to be done, carrying out the migrations between systems, such as the ERP.
The project had a tight deadline, but before Black Friday we launched the new eCommerce achieving impressive metrics.
