Project requirements and services provided

The Mahou San Miguel case began when the brewery asked Interactiv4 to create a B2B ecommerce solution using Adobe Commerce Cloud. There were two goals: 1. To expand the current digital hospitality platform, 2. To create a new sales channel to connect with hotel and catering businesses.
Mahou San Miguel is defined by putting people first and using technology to gain a competitive edge. In the case of Mahou San Miguel, this meant optimising every stage of interaction with B2B clients. Additionally, the focus was to create an ecosystem solution that would not require third-party services, a single platform. The new B2B solution had to be built based on Mahou San Miguel ‘s existing digital platform, Rentabilibar, and using Adobe Commerce. With the Adobe Cloud infrastructure, this solution allows businesses to receive personalised promotions and access relevant industry information and other third-party services which the company has partnered with.
