Amorana, a Swiss company specializing in the sale of sexual products and toys, hosts an extensive range of items on its e-commerce platform, aiming to provide its customers with unforgettable intimate moments. The goal was to enhance Amorana’s e-commerce performance while aligning with future growth forecasts. We migrated the existing store from one Magento2 platform to another Magento2 platform with the Hyvä frontend, seamlessly reintegrating the new e-commerce platform with the services of the Lovehoney Group, to which they belong. This reimplementation resulted in a faster and more scalable online store with reduced maintenance costs.
Project Requirements and Services Provided
Amorana was already operating with Magento2 but needed to optimize its e-commerce platform. The objective was to align their online store with the management model used by other companies within the Lovehoney Group, similar to what Wowtech had already done.
Firstly, there was a need for increased speed. To achieve this, we implemented the Hyvä frontend, known for providing the best and highest performance in the market for Magento.
Next, it was essential to configure an easily scalable e-commerce platform in line with the client’s future growth prospects.
All developments and integrations were designed with a high level of transactional capability in mind.
Lastly, we aimed to ensure that the new implementations resulted in a reduction in maintenance costs.
